I used to think that once I lost weight, I would be happy. Then I would lose weight and be thin, but still unhappy. What I’ve learned is happiness is an inside job that can start at any time. I am have been thin and miserable, and fat and happy. The best is being confident inside and out. Get started now because we don’t know what will happen tomorrow.
