*trigger warning* welcome to this weeks episode all about body image, Sam has previously done one about this but we really wanted to delve a little bit deeper and dig into why we all have some sort of relationship with food, perfectionism, how we can start to overcome disordered eating, signs to spot and so much more. We all deserve to feel good in our bodies but also feel content, be able to eat food and see it as just that FOOD! Without guilt or shame, we should be able to pursue our passions because we aren’t all consumed by calorie counting or fear around food. I hope you enjoy this!
