44: QUITTING won’t help you reach your goals faster

Maybe you missed a workout, you over ate, you gained 5 lbs, or you realized there is a lot to change, and you thought you should just quit. I hear you, I’ve been there too. Remember, it’s a slow process, but quitting won’t speed it up.
Step away from the fad diet, the quick fit, and getting in your “skinny jeans” tomorrow. Instead, think about the long term, and creating a real, sustainable lifestyle. You know what is real? Missed workouts, overeating at times, and on occasion even weight fluctuations. These are a realistic part of normal life, but we always want to get it right, right now, and get instant results.
1. Make a vow to achieve your goals
2. Remember sustainability is everything
3. Enjoy sometimes
4. Clean up your food sometimes
5. Keep going
If you are going to get and keep a body you dream of, remember it needs to be sustainable for the long haul. Fluctuations are part of life. Go make a realistic and sustainable plan.
