Welcome to episode #45!

The Holidays are so beautiful but they can be triggering when dealing with old energy such as your friends or family. This is where your spiritual growth will be tested the most. Ram Dass once said "if you think you're enlightened, go spend a week with your family."

My invitation to you is to stay grounded. The negativity loves company but you don't have to get involved with it. We always are presented with a choice. Choose maintaining a high vibration and don't get pulled under.
