I am excited to share with you exactly how I eat to keep my body in shape year-round. It's the most simple way to build and maintain your body.
I have been "through the ringer" of diets and quick-fixes in my 14 year fitness journey and I can confidently tell you that right now, as a 41 year old, busy, mom of teens, this is the simplest it has ever been to maintain my body.
I have tried it all: Paleo, vegan, Beachbody containers, shakes, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, obsessive calorie counting ... and it was ALL a dead end. The way I eat and workout now is like second nature. My body trusts me - and that is the KEY!
