Elyse Lawry is an OG member of The HA Society which means that I got the opportunity to watch her progress through the motions of hypothalamic amenorrhea all the way through to getting that first period. Now she's had a few periods, has experienced a LOT of the ups and downs of dealing with recovery, wonky cycles, the opinions of others and more.

Today, she is not just one of my favourite people, but she even has her own platform on Instagram where she helps to spread the word of HA and help women through recovery, too.
