I hate this idea that it is your fault that you look at porn. No, it is your responsibility to quit, sure. But, really if you have never been taught how to quit, it's pretty inevitable that you are going to desire and choose to look at porn. It is a super-stimulant and our reward circuitry loves it!

Accept yourself as you are now and move on from this problem of quitting porn and focus more on the life you want to have instead.
