Christmas parties, holiday drinking, eggnog, Starbucks seasonal drinks, gifts of chocolates, and list goes on. It seems that no matter where you look, there is temptation to over eat, over drink… well, over everything. It can be fun and wonderful, or terrifying depending on how you view it. 2. Become a food tasting pro
3. Learn appropriate indulgence and moving on
4. Small size = small size
5. Don’t get stuck in the “I’ll start in January trap”
