This time around, delegation. Delegating tasks to others is not easy. Many leaders struggle to delegate, or to delegate well, usually citing a few specific reasons:

I find it hard to trust others
I want the job done “right”
I have other priorities

Regardless of why leaders struggle to delegate, it is something that can be mitigated. Learning to trust others, as well as spending time investing in proper training, are a good start.
