First off I have to let you know that today is my 100th episode. technically but really it is by 47th episode on my own.  I am super proud of myself for not giving up, especially during the hardest time of my life.  We can do hard things! So this week I am going to share 10 lessons that I have learned when traveling. I had just gotten back from taking our first family vacation as a single mom, to Belize so it was fresh on my mind.  I am sure I missed several but these are the ones I thought of at the time.  They are Gratitude, Connections, Experience, Play, Discomfort, Adventure, Relaxation, Confidence, Perspective and Education.
