I used to be the girl who thought we had to bust our asses off every single day to achieve results. A masculine approach to business was all I knew - until I started to question why one week I was on fire and the next I could not be f*cked for anything.

I started to explore who we really are as women, how we best thrive and it soon became apparent why I felt like I was on a big roller coaster when it came to my energy, motivation and drive in business.

(PS the roller coaster is normal. Enjoy the ride).

Which leads me to this episode about why im not a fan of the hustle culture, and why I  find it so much more impressive when a woman stays in her lane, honours herself, balances masculine and feminine energies and trusts with certainty that her results will always come when she's vibing in herself.
