I can't lie - I really HATE most New Year resolutions. I think they are too punishing! So often they talk about ‘New Year, New You’, which I fundamentally disagree with I don't believe anyone needs to become a whole new you, as you are already pretty cool as you are. 

However, I like the SPIRIT of New Year's resolutions.

I’m a big fan of personal development. There are always things in our lives that we can learn or improve to enrich ourselves or your therapy practice. Ways to make it work better for both you and for your clients.
