4. The most important part of weight loss if finding food that you like so that it is a sustainable diet
5. How do I eat what I want and love? Can I? YES! 
6. Substitutes and why they matter (coke vs diet coke)
7. Calculate it in (eat a Big Mac a Day from Jordan Syatt)
8. When in doubt, just don't worry about it and use the 80/20 rule for weight loss consistency 
9. A really hard life lesson and call to action that is so important to hear
