As we approach midlife, there are many reasons why so many of us start to search for more meaning and fulfillment in life, aka, our purpose.

There are a huge number of benefits to having a purpose.  In fact, research has shown that women who have a strong sense of purpose are 2.4 times less likely to develop Alzheimer's disease.

But that's not all!  Having a clear sense of purpose has also been linked to various physical, mental, and emotional benefits which in turn can help reduce many peri symptoms such as low mood, anxiety and mood swings.
