In today's SPILLING THE BEANS, I sat down with Christian O'Neal, the Co-Founder of Legacy Park Capital, a private real estate investment firm specializing in Multifamily apartments. Prior to co-founding the investment venture, Christian worked for a commercial real estate developer throughout college, where he helped to oversee operations of a $110MM portfolio consisting of office, multifamily, retail, and industrial assets. He analyzed various redevelopment opportunities as well and has experience in lease negotiations on behalf of landlords and tenants. Christian holds a South Carolina broker’s license under the development firm A.L. Saad & Companies. After graduating from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Christian joined forces with his partner Cole Judd to launch a company destined for unparalleled growth. Soon following, Legacy Park Capital was born. Their private investment firm is rooted in their vision to impact lives by providing lucrative commercial investment opportunities, creating long-term wealth for their investors and sustainable, healthy living for their residents and communities.
