If I could go back and begin my fitness journey all over again there are SO many things I would do differently! Starting with focusing on being strong and not skinny... that would have saved me a lot of time and allowed me to eat a LOT more calories!
There are so many things that can distract you and cause you to not see results even though you are putting in the work. In this episode I talk about a few of those distractions.
Yes these things can play a part in your fitness but when it comes to burning fat and seeing your body change other things are so much more important.
