After undergoing surgical menopause, her body changed, and she slowly began to put on weight. She had difficult with focus, energy, and sleep. Lori started hiding in her own life, and in her relationship.
Lori knew she needed to change. She decided to honor herself and her body. She worked to be happy in the present. She looked at the different domains of her life: nutrition, fitness, relationship, sleep, and play, and was able to listen to herself and make changes to pick herself back up.
