This is a hot topic on this show because I believe it is one of the biggest problems young people are facing right now. Every young person I meet seems to have a form of mental illness or knows many people who do, so why is this?

Today we go into Olivias story, why she does what she does, what she is seeing with the students who come to her, why men have such high rates of suicide, we get into school, have a healthy conversation around relationships for gen z and much much more....
