This week I'm discussing something that has been thoroughly researched in recent years but still some are reluctant to see the connection (I have family members that don't see it).
The connection between the mind and body, and how unresolved traumas, or emotional discomforts, can present themselves as pain.
My aim here is to make you aware, if you have pain in your body, of what you can look at, to try and reduce the pain. It's something I've been witnessing on my self awareness journey.
My aim is NOT to encourage you to replace your doctor, but to also consider a holistic approach to reducing/preventing pain. IF YOU HAVE ANY MEDICAL WORRIES OR CONCERNS, PLEASE CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR.
