53. Understanding Maintenance Calories: How to lose weight and keep it off for life.

In this episode I am talking all about maintenance calories. What they are, how to find yours and why they are so important. This will help you lose weight and keep it off for life.

Finding the set point of your body is so important. In fact I would go as far as to say that if you do not know your maintenance calories (your body's happy place) you will not be able to ever have the body you want. 

Most people are already eating less than they should be and when they want to lose weight they eat even less. That causes your body to hold onto fat for energy.  You must get your calories up to a level place so you can enter a calorie deficit that will actually pay off for you. THIS is how you can eat more AND lose weight. 

Most people would rather skip this part and go straight to a magic pill or shake BUT NOT YOU! You are my person and you are doing this the right way!
