Keeping our brain healthy throughout life is super important for staying well and living a long, happy life. As people get older, there's a higher chance of facing challenges that affect the brain, like memory problems or other issues. So, it's crucial to take care of our brain because it influences so many things. Just like we eat good food and exercise to keep our bodies strong, we need to do things that make our brains happy and healthy too. When we take care of our brains, especially as we get older, we're giving ourselves the best chance to enjoy a strong, healthy mind that is resilient to the pressures of life.

Dr. Barb Woegerer is a licensed Naturopathic Doctor practicing in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada as well as virtually with anyone in the province of Ontario. Dr. Barb is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their own health. Her primary focus is to explore the underlying root cause and provide individualized patient centered care. She utilizes evidence based therapies and provides patients with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed. Her clinical focus is in women’s health, stress management, and inflammatory conditions. Dr. Barb also spends a great deal of time educating individuals on the importance of magnesium and why we all need to add this mineral to our health toolbox. When she’s not seeing patients she loves spending time in nature, reading and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
