It's very easy to feel like things are spiralling out our our control as we go through perimenopause.  With so many changes going on physically and emotionally, life can feel chaotic.

Add into the mix a visit to a doctor who doesn’t give you the answers you so desperately need, it's hardly surprising that many women are feeling anything but empowered as they go through this stage of life.  

So in this episode, I address this ‘out of control feeling’, this feeling of disempowerment and discuss how we can feel more in control and how we can empower ourselves during our experience of perimenopause. 

I share 6 steps I’ve learnt along the way as well as some of the mistakes I’ve made and what I’ve learnt from them including:
