It's an emotion.
When you find out that you're just afraid of the emotion, you'll feel empowered to move forward.
ACKNOWLEDGE THE AVOIDANCE


Avoidance will keep you from your dreams.



-It keeps you small



-It creates a nature of delay in your character



-It shrinks the world that is available to you



Remember, we all know people who talk big. But you know the difference between those who talk big and those who actually implement and do. Be a doer. Be someone that when people hear you say something that you are going to do, they know you'll do it.

Focusing on your lack will sabotage what you do have
