Summer break is coming to an end for me so I wanted so share one of my favorite tips again. This one is from day 267:
Change your language to improve your mindset.
YOU are not fat. You have fat. YOU are not depressed. You have depression. YOU are not insecure. You feel insecure.
You are far more than the identities you have created for yourself. And you need to change your language to reflect that.
Shift your mindset through shifting your language.
