The mindset shift, knowing WHY
Being able to adjust and make changes in your fitness journey is the key of making it a lifestyle. You cannot expect to be able to workout, eat and live the exact same way year round... and honestly, you shouldn't want to. I use the Winter to loosen up my macros and to gain muscle while I use the Spring to lose fat and lean out my body. This works best for me.
