Habits are hard to break...good and bad. That's why it is so important to make sure your habits are geared toward your goals. Otherwise you spend a lot of time stuck in a cycle of wondering why you waste so much time doing what seems like "nothing" or why you can't seem do the things you say you will do.
In this episode I dive into a few unhealthy habits, why we have them and what you can do to stop those habits and replace them with something more productive, things you can be proud of.
