Emotionally broken men have a difficult time loving, plain and simple. This might be remnants of childhood trauma or even trauma after a divorce or becoming a widower. We ALL have some sort of baggage that we carry throughout our lives but the key is in how we handle that baggage.

In these midlife years, you’ll have to decide if you have the desire and the energy to support an emotionally broken man. They CAN change but they must be willing to do the inner work.
