So to help everyone get to know Sarah a little better, James Bale sat down and discussed her progression through the sport. Sarah does not have a background in triathlon competing as both a figure-skater and rower before making the shift to triathlon.

Sarah talks about the challenges she has faced coming to triathlon later in life, what racing ITU and Super League was like and the differences now she focuses on 70.3.
