The most common thing I hear from women that come to me for help with weight loss is "I eat pretty healthy so I don't know why I'm not losing weight!".
There are so many things that go through my head when I hear this...
Eating "healthy" isn't enough to lose weight and keep it off and here's why: Your body needs a certain amount of food to be able to function. If you are only eating healthy but not eating enough your body will continuously store fat to use as energy.
