The Hispanic population is the fastest-growing population in terms of home ownership. Lisa Ortiz-Rodriguez joins us to explain what that means for real estate agents and communities.

Lisa is the co-founder of KW CHISPA, Coalition of Hispanics for Progressive Action, a Hispanic resource inside Keller Williams. Its goal is to network, advocate, mastermind, educate, and uplift KW Hispanic associates, although all KW agents are welcome to join their activities. It also does grassroots education in the Latino community about wealth building through real estate.

One in four real estate transactions among Hispanic people in the US is done completely in Spanish. But language isn’t the only factor at play. Tune in to learn about the unique aspects of wealth building in the Hispanic community.
