Ben Baker grew up in Plano, Texas, where only 1% of the population was Black. Today, he's a luxury real estate agent in the Dallas, Fort Worth area and one of the country's top Black real estate agents. He joins the show to tell his story and give advice to the next generation.

We discuss discrimination, resiliency, and community support. We also have a raw, honest conversation about the intersection of gender and race, including how Black women often get overlooked as business partners.
