66. How to Feel Excited About Your Life Again (The Success Formula)

Do you feel stuck or just kinda "blah" about your life?

In today’s episode, I’m going to teach you my 5-step Success Formula to create the life you actually want. If you’ve been listening for a while, you’ll know this podcast isn’t just about quitting vaping. It’s about giving you the mental and emotional tools to create a life where you wake up and say, “Holy shit... my dreams are actually coming true!”

Here’s the Success Formula:

  1. Cut out the fake hits of dopamine (vaping, social media, porn, alcohol, sugar, etc.).
  2. Feel all the feels.
  3. Decide what you truly want based on your feelings and take the first step.
  4. Manage the negative and limiting thoughts that come up after taking that step.
  5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until you get your result.

This podcast is about learning to say YES to yourself, so you don’t feel the need to vape all the time. Take a moment to imagine a life so exciting that vaping isn’t exciting anymore. What would it look like? How much money would you have and make? What would you be doing? Who would you be dating?

Here’s the thing—you’re not going to feel “ready” to take the first step. If you did, you’d already have the results you want. So expect not to feel ready and take that courageous first step anyway.
