Getting away for a little vacation is great way to reboot the mood! And when I think of vacation, I think of sleeping in, family time, and of course, splurging on some awesome food!
In this episode I reflect on my eating habits during our mini little get-away and talk about my intentions before, during and after spring break. Thinking about food, whether that be . . . what to eat, when to eat, what time to eat, where is the food grown, can be exhausting! When you can let go of those thoughts tied with food, it is freeing, and you are able to enjoy the experience.
I also talk about trusting your body with intuitive eating principles. Letting go of those so-called rules may be hard at first, but my little example on vacation solidifies my point to trust the process. Enjoy!
