Khrystle makes her health a non-negotiate, knowing she wants to feel balanced and empowered. After being diagnosed with a virus, Khrystle took control of her health. Doctors helped her believe that she could heal her body. She borrowed their belief and changed her habits.
Khrystle changed her diet, incorporating green vegetables and salmon, while getting rid of the junk food. She made overall lifestyle factors like sleep, supplement, journaling, cooking, and working out non-negotiable as she worked to fight for her health.
She learned to face physical symptoms of anxiety, like a racing heart beat. She used grounding and mindfulness strategies to calm her down.
She attributes the keys to her success as a mindset of growth and hope.
Today, she eats to feel good, pays attention to her stress and works on her mindset. As a result, she is balanced and empowered.
