Today she uses analogy to try and help us understand this from an embodied perspective. Chana has a really awesome group on Facebook where she helps support people as they begin to make sense of these principles in their lives, as well as where we can all support each other. She hosts a monthly book club, where they are currently reading the books of Syd Banks, the original teacher of the 3 principles, and she is launching a group program beginning early January for people who prefer the group experience rather then one on one, which she offers as well.
