Guys, we need to talk about confidence for a second. This comes up so much in business, and I think we make it harder than it has to be. Confidence isn’t something you fake, it’s something you build by following through, surrounding yourself with the right people, and owning your wins. It shows up when you keep promises to yourself and stop downplaying what you’ve earned. You don’t need to have it all figured out to be confident! You just need to trust that you can handle what comes next.
