On this episode, the boyz had on special guest Abby Petter! Abby is a local Louisville friend of ours and is one of the best female Masters runners in the state with a very impressive 2:58 marathon PR from Chicago 2023. You will often see her in our Saturday morning long run group in Louisville!

Abby’s story isn’t just running though. You will learn more in the podcast, but she has an extremely demanding career and is married with 3 kids! Her life embodies the purpose of this podcast, trying to get the best out of ourselves running while balancing all other things in life such as family and work.

We also got into some mental health discussion that we hope will resonate with some listeners out there!
