The guests talk about starting their Amazon selling and discuss The My SIlent Team facebook page, The Proven Amazon course (PAC), Keepa, coaching and how they got up and running! Jim also mentions that he is more interested in hearing about the trajectory of someone’s business and validation of the concept rather than the actual numbers per se

 

The guests discuss their sourcing methods - OA (online arbitrage) and RA (retail arbitrage), using Tactical Arbitrage (TA), and how important spreadsheets are for their business

 

Jim discusses Oasimplified.com, which is a module inside the PAC, that teaches how to use TA as a tool to find replens

 

Jim discusses the guests’ ROI and profit margin as they get off to a great start! “The more you know, the more you grow!” is the guests’ motto. Jim also discusses “the why” behind all the teaching that he and his team do!

 

Jim asks the guests to talk about the “bad decisions” they’ve made, which in reality, are minimal when doing the replens model! Jim also takes the opportunity to mention some things that friends should consider when going into business together, as these guests have done

 

The guests mention some tips for newer sellers - 1) stay positive (mindset) 2) have determination 3) know your why and your goals. Jim also mentions the Provenproductpartnering.com course (in the PAC), which teaches how to partner with brands to get them on Amazon
