71. Building Your Dream Body: 4 Non-Negotiable Steps

It’s about having a clear vision of what you want your body to look and feel like and tuning out the external noise. We'll also discuss the importance of reassessing your progress every few weeks and making sure you are sticking to the routine that will build the body you want.
