In our final episode of the Trauma Series, we talk about one of the most ignored abuses - spiritual abuse - and how it can lead to challenges in our lives now. We also discuss how, if our universal right to know is violated, the effects on the entire energetic system can be lasting and painful. However, there are some excellent healing modalities to lead us through any trauma and out the other side, closer to our highest self and where we want to be in life!
