In this episode I am talking about how to attain true happiness in your fitness journey... and it goes beyond body shapes and sizes. We are going to debunk the myth of equating fitness with happiness, proving that it's not about having the perfect body, but about nurturing a healthy relationship with food and recognizing your worth.
Why do we desire a smaller body? Why do we have a terrible relationship with food? In the second part of this episode I talk about how our childhood eating habits and thoughts around food can affect our body image and relationship with food in adulthood. It's all tied together!
We're going to dig into these topics and help you understand that it's not just about food and exercise. It's crucial to realize the 'why' behind wanting the body of your dreams, and most importantly, how to create a loving and positive relationship with food and your body.
