We hear it from personal trainer Kayde as she shares her personal story about her own struggles from an autoimmune disease that came about in her 20’s and found movement to help cure the cause.

From there she fell even more in love with exercise and became an ACE group fitness instructor and onto getting her personal training certificate from NASM.  Kayde is an online personal trainer that teaches exercises that improve balance, strength, flexibility and so much more, join us for this conversation.
