Over the past 14 years in her journey as a personal trainer, Jane Killian has heard every pain point of every woman she has ever trained. She realized they all had something in common: not loving themselves. Jane realized she needed to guide her clients create change from the INside out and not the other way around. Unselfishly Me was born in 2018 and Jane now guides women back to self-love through retreats, workshops, her signature 8-week course and her community, The Self-Love Club, as well as her podcast.
