On this episode, the boyz had Thomas Cave back on the pod! Thomas coaches both Danny and Chris via Thomson Training, as well as Trinity High School in Louisville, KY.

If you want to get to know Thomas more, check out our first episode with him! In this one, we discussed how Year 2 of coaching Trinity has been. The team has been running great all year and is favored to win the state championship again. Thomas also started teaching at the high school this year so we talked a bit about that career transition for him!

The second half of the pod, Danny and Chris had their last pre-Chicago Marathon discussion with Thomas. Both of our training blocks went very well, so it was exciting to discuss the race plan with our coach live on the pod before traveling to Chicago!
