Today I am discussing Soul Care and what that is. I give some examples of what soul care vs self care is.  Why its so important and need to add it to our day.  I feel like many of us skip taking care of our spirt or our insides and only focus on our outsides.  Eventually this could cause us many problems that might have been avoided.  I would love to hear how you take care of your soul.
