Sleep Like a Baby : Binaural Beats Version
This is the longest meditation and resource for people struggling to sleep I have ever created. I would love your feedback to help me create better content too. So let me know how this was for you.
If your mind feels restless when you’re trying to sleep, this Yoga Nidra and vagus nerve relaxation journey will gently guide you into deep restful sleep to help you free fresh and restored when you awaken.
The first 1 hour and 15 minutes focus on calming your mind and body through slow muscle relaxation, bilateral stimulation, and soothing eye therapy. These practices help deactivate your brain’s Default Mode Network (DMN) and Reticular Activating System (RAS) — the areas responsible for mental chatter and alertness. As they settle, you naturally slip into your true nature beyond the busy mind — peaceful, open, and deeply calm.
You’ll then drift into a deeply restorative sound journey of binaural beats designed to guide your brain naturally through sleep stages:
Low Delta (2 Hz): deep, physical healing and recovery
Low Theta (4 Hz): dreamlike calm and emotional release
Low Alpha (7 Hz): quiet mind, inner stillness, and effortless peace
If you prefer a more natural ambient soundscape, try the pink noise version, which gently stabilises sleep cycles and enhances relaxation.
Press play tonight, and let your body remember how to rest deeply, effortlessly, and naturally.
Keep practising to help train your mind and body to relax quickly and easily when you need to rest.
