I am back with another short and sweet solo episode. This one is going to be focused on a hot topic that is something you either have been guilty of doing yourself, or it really really irks you. We are going to be talking about the age old question "Hey, can I pick your brain?". We've all been there, either on the receiving end or perhaps sent that message yourself. Someone actually asked me how to address this kind of message in our monthly CEO calls for my membership, which made me realize that this is something I'm sure a lot of you are curious about as well. And if you have sent that message, don't beat yourself up about it , most of the time people who ask that come from a place of really good intention. The issue is a lack of understanding of what you are actually asking for when you send this message, and that's exactly what we are going to go over today, as well as why you need to set these boundaries, and how to answer this question in a kind but firm way.
