As if that is not already incredible in and of itself, Matt also shares how our departed loved ones can actually feel our emotions more strongly now than when they were physically here. So when we're dealing with grief, guilt, or any heavy feelings, they pick up on that energy. But it's not all heavy. Matt also emphasizes how our loved ones pick up on the good stuff, like when we're reminiscing about happy memories together. In fact, he says they love it when we talk about them and share those stories. 

Beyond the emotional insights, Matt also shares things we can do to tap into our own medium abilities, the importance of not rushing anything, and how homes can have energies that may make you want to think twice before buying. Sometimes talking about the afterlife can be taboo and even scary at times, but Matt offers a way for us to embrace it and truly stay connected to our loved ones regardless if they are physically with us or not.
