All you need to do is pick ONE proven form of strength-training and stick to it. But which one!? My favorite form of strength-training exercise is dumbbell workouts. While they may feel a bit intimidating to start with, I promise that the benefits are worth it. What I discussed:

- They helps identify and eliminate strength imbalances
- They allow you to increase your range of motion
- They enhance the mind-muscle connection

- Dumbbells work MORE muscles.
- Dumbbells are great for progression.
