This episode is full power, i take you on a trip, through understanding why it is so important to discover and understand yourself. The journey or self awarenes begins when you are able to be mindfull of your ego, surrender to the fact that you made mistakes, your not perfect and that you are not in a competition with anyone buy yourself. When you embrace solitude you learn how to love yourself. You learn things about yourself you never knew, and you really start to see your true colours shine. Disconnect your self from all the noise and people around you that could be clouding your vision. Its up to you to make the change. You know deep within if you are living your truth or if you are procrastinating, being lazy, or lying to yourself.

If your in a relatioship, this does still apply to you and you can embrace solitude still. If you understand that you grow together, then you understand that it is imperative that you do things for yourself when possible.
